Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding 

One of our favourite breakasts - a super wholesome blank canvas that can be decorated with your favourite prepped fruit and toppings of choice. High in omega 3, protein and fibre - this is a powerful brekkie!! 

Takes 15 mins

Serves 2

  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 250ml rice milk
  • ½ a banana 
  • 125g of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes (porridge oats) - use gluten free if you prefer or leave them out altogether
 
Mash up the banana and the raspberries on a plate until well mashed. 
Put all ingredients into a jar or a large glass and mix well and leave to set for a 15 minutes while you prep your fruit.
 
Serve with a generous dollop of coconut yogurt, some fresh/frozen berries, some nut butter and something crunchy on top -
