As the Internet gets flooded with January diet plans and slimming workouts, we invite, encourage and lovingly challenge you to ditch the false promises of quick fixes that have nothing to do with long-term, real-life wins.
Instead, look at your nutrition and movement as the secret weapon that arms you with energy and health to handle anything that 2021 might throw at you… (It’s been throwing some curveballs already!)
And if you’re scared of losing motivation and disappointing yourself — listen up!
First of all: each time you’ll be starting from experience, not from scratch. So cut yourself some slack (and a vegan cake).

On top of our amazing team of registered nutritionists, GP's (doctors) and movement coaches, you’ll also get support from our online community, who will help you stay motivated and show up for yourself — one day at a time.

Zanna Van Dijk, PT
Zanna van Dijk is the courses amazing personal trainer.
Zanna is passionate about empowering women and is on a mission to educate as many people as possible on how to look after their bodies in a balanced, enjoyable and sustainable way.
Dr. Sue Kenneally
Sue is a registered GP, nutritionist and co-founder of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. She sits on the board of Plant Based Health Professionals UK and is SCOPE certified in obesity management, working with the University of South Wales in the study of weight management.
David & Stephen Flynn
Founders of The Happy Pear, Dave & Steve are plant-based chefs with over 20 million views on their recipes on YouTube. They are bestselling authors with restaurants, shops and a wide range of vegan products on sale across Ireland.
Rosie is a registered dietitian (RD) with a special interest in disease prevention and plant-based nutrition. She currently works for the NHS, where she supports a wide range of patients, with her daily work ranging from coeliac disease to cancer.
